John has more than twenty five years senior management corporate experience in financial management, strategic planning, quality, HR and general management.
As an SBS registered consultant John also has five years practical experience as a business advisor. During this time he has helped many businesses improve and develop, by finding practical solutions to their problems or issues. In many cases he has helped implement these solutions. Projects carried out include strategic/business planning, financial, human resource, quality and training and development in these and other areas, including skills transfer.

BOB FRANCIS JP, B.Sc.(HONS), C.Eng., FInstIB, FCIM
Bob has spent many years at every level ranging from field sales to Sales Director. Key areas of expertise include sales performance improvement, development of sales and marketing strategies, channel management and sales training, sales management and key account management.
Bob has lectured at the Chartered Institute of Marketing and at Aston Business School, Aston University, Birmingham. He is also on the SBS Consultants Register. Projects carried out more recently include restructuring the sales operation of a UK based manufacturer, mentoring the MD of an IT company, carrying out sales audits to identify areas of poor performances and implementing sales processes.
