It is generally believed that to take a company from being a prospect to closing the deal would take on average 7 touches. (A touch is any activity that touches the customer e.g. a phone call, a one to one meeting etc ) This is slightly simplistic as it is essential that those touches are the right ones and that the result of one touch is analysed and the results fed into the next touch in a co-ordinated plan.

This is the essence of Abio's 7 Touch Marketing Action Plan TM. This is a two phase plan. The first phase covers the analysis part where in conjunction with the management of the company we review all aspects of the company  we analyse the markets and potential. We review products and help to set out aims and aspirations. As part of this phase we will identify KPIs and put in metrics to ensure that outcomes are measured against budget to ensure value for money.

Phase 2 is the implementation phase where we will implement actions required and continue to manage the programme to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. Once Phase 1 is complete the client can decide to either implement the programme himself or engage Abio to do it for him. This ensures that the client gets valundefinedue for money and that it suits his budget.
